What is Astrocartography (Locational Astrology)?

Ever feel a strong pull to a certain place, or feel different when you travel? That’s what Astrocartography, also called locational astrology, is about.

Started by astrologer Jim Lewis, it uses your birth chart (a map of the sky when you were born) and puts it on a world map. This shows specific ‘planetary lines’ around the world.

These lines point to places where the Sun, Moon, and planets might have had a stronger effect on you when you were born. This happens where they lined up with four key points: Ascendant (AC), Midheaven (MC), Descendant (DC), and Imum Coeli (IC).

The basic thought is that places near these lines might connect more strongly with parts of your life.
